If you want to build a house or tall building, you first need to set a solid foundation.
If you want your car to run at its best, you need regular tunes ups to make sure everything works the way it is supposed to.
If you want to become a skilled martial artist, you first need to learn the basics of punching and blocking.
In fact, to learn any skill, you will first learn the basic foundational elements, and then implement repetitive practice to get better and better.
The same is true with fitness and health.
If you want to look great, be strong, or live a long, vibrant life, you first need to make sure your body works properly.
Proper function, as in: fluid motion, stable joints, proper mechanics, pain free movement, solid balance, stable limbs, natural conditioning are all part of the Foundations of the human body.
Without these in place, all further pursuits in fitness and health are limited in their effect.
It’s easy to start constructing a building. But both the maximum height and it’s resilience to nature depend entirely on the strength of it’s foundation.
This is why my Merit-based Fitness Protocol starts with Foundations Training.
A 6 month program designed specifically to:
- Improve joint mobility

It may seem like a lot to cover, but the Foundations Training system is designed to fit within 20-30 minutes per day. We even start with 5-15 minutes for the first couple of weeks to ease you into it.
It also requires NO weights or gym access and can (and should) be done within your home.
You are guided every step of the way by the app and the scheduled routines.
There’s no excuse to prevent you from succeeding in this program.
