Not sure what to do to reach your goals?

Do you have one (or more) of these as your goal?

Lose weight
6 pack abs (or at least those lines)
Improve your health
Look great naked
Be ripped, shredded and crush those gains

But you struggle with how exactly to reach them?

Many people say they don’t know what to do to reach their goal. What’s the best diet for you or how do you know which foods you should or shouldn’t eat? Which exercises should you do, how many reps, how much weight and in what order?

However, for most people a lack of knowledge isn’t the real issue. The real issue is a lack of action.

If you want to reach your goals, the simple answer is you need to DO more.

It doesn’t matter if you’re just starting, half way there or almost at your goal, to get to the next level you need to do more. And for any of those goals above we can keep it real simple:

You need to workout more and you need to eat more quality foods.

Do more cardio, lift more weights, put down the ice cream, eat more veggies, empty the pantry and fill the fridge. It can be easy to over complicate things by trying to be more specific which leads to feeling like we don’t know what we should do. This is just an excuse and it’s preventing you from taking action and starting.

So what if you don’t know the BEST exercise to do or the EXACT amount of calories to eat. None of that matters if you’re not taking action first. We don’t have to know what we’re doing to get started and if we just get started we will figure out what to do along the way.

You DO KNOW what more exercise is and what better food is so start there. Stop using a lack of knowledge as your excuse.
