Inspiyr Longevity – Helping you Live Longer

I want to help you live better, live longer.

I’m 39. Maybe that’s still young, but it’s old enough to realize I don’t give a fuck about the anesthetic goals of fitness. I want to give people the tools to live their best life, for a long fucking time.

We are living in a time of abundance. You can get anything you want, any time you want.

Most of that comes in the form of comfort and food. Both of which we aren’t meant to have in abundance.

Never in history have humans had it like this. So much so that our bodies don’t know how to handle it. Our systems aren’t designed for this. So they way they are handling it is with disease.

Abundance is literally killing us.

Most of our diseases today are diseases of abundance.

Live longer

And the “health care” industry spends and has spent trillions of dollars trying to find medicine to cure is of those diseases. And what have we gotten from those trillions of dollars?

1 year.

Yup. That’s it. One year.

Medicine for the intention of curing us of disease once we have it has improved life expectancy on average by one year.

What this means is that once you have disease, it’s pretty much the same time frame towards death with or without the medicine. On average.

So living longer isn’t about curing disease once we have it.

It’s about not getting disease in the first place.

Studies of people who live the longest show that they aren’t loving longer because they have better handled disease. They’re loving linger because it takes longer for them to get disease. Because even the people who live the longest have about the same life expectancy with disease and anyone else.

Meaning, longevity isn’t about being able to live longer with disease. It’s about living longer before getting disease.

And that comes from taking care of your health. That comes from being active and being aware of what you put in your pie hole.

And that’s what Inspiyr Fitness is all about.

I want to keep disease away as long as possible. Forever actually. By living a healthy lifestyle and taking care of your body.

Prevention, not prescription.
