The truth is, MOST of us struggle on some level to stay consistent with health and fitness.

If that’s you, you are NOT the exception, you are an adult with a busy life trying to deal with adult things.

It is my belief that the majority of failure when it comes to achieving goals is not due to a lack of doing the right things,

It comes from a lack of doing, period.

It’s easy to download a fitness program or app.

It’s easy to join a gym or some group classes.

It’s easy to hire a personal trainer.

What’s not easy is sticking to it.

We do in the beginning. We do when we’re motivated. But what happens when that motivation dwindles?

The motivation that gets us started is never the same motivation that keeps us going.

So we ultimately lose motivation, stop going, and then the obvious happens: no results.

But the problem is that we’re focusing on the wrong thing.

We’re trying to do the “fitness” and the “health” and the “nutrition” things, but we’ve never built the ability to stick to it.

We’ve never built the HABIT of including those things and making those decisions in our lives.

That’s precisely what Consistency Coaching is.

Our primary focus and metric of success is our ability to build the habit.

We focus less on WHAT you are doing and more on actually DOING.

This means finding a SUSTAINABLE level of practice you can handle, and then gradually building up as your capacity grows.

The funny thing is, when you’re actually able to be consistent, that capacity and progress tends to grow fairly quickly.

So that’s what we focus on.

Consistency Coaching is a 1-on-1 accountability system that helps make healthy living a part of your daily routine.

We focus directly on strategies to become and stay consistent.

Once that starts to happen, even the “typical” fitness goals start to naturally follow suit. They are a natural side affect of daily activity.

There are two options for Consistency Coaching based on our frequency of connecting.

Monthly and Bi-Weekly.

I highly encourage people to start with Bi-weekly.

If you’ve ever tried a fitness program or diet, you probably understand how quickly things can go off track.

Even if you were cruising along doing fine for months, a few bad days can turn into a few bad weeks or months if you don’t catch yourself quickly.

By connecting every couple of weeks we have a better chance to address the challenges that will come up quickly and adapt our strategy to keep you moving forward.

There comes a time when my clients naturally graduate to a monthly coaching call.

Through our process together, you will naturally start to feel stronger and more confident when it comes to dealing with obstacles that get in your way.

That’s when it’s time for Monthly calls.

Beyond that, the goal as we know is consistency.

Once you are more consistent, the next natural step is starting to focus more and more on WHAT you are doing to get the best results.

Once you KNOW IN YOUR CORE that you are an active person on a regular basis, that is the time to start developing a specific program to match your desired goals.

Now we’re into the Earned Fitness Protocol and well on your way to live a long, healthy, and vibrant life!

But let’s not get ahead of ourselves. Because as I’ve just explained, it’s easy to want to jump to that style of program without first building a strong foundation of consistent healthy activity.

What types of programs/plans have you tried in the past and why did you succeed or not with them?
